Based on EIA decision it will be further developed variant of 3BD (see pic.) consisting of three free standing buildings mutually connected by common basement where underground car park and technical equipment of individual buildings are located. The whole project will offer 210 apartments ranging from several studios, over majority of 2+kk/1 and 3+kk/1 to large 4+kk/1. Receding floors utilize roofs as a terraces similarly to ground floor green roofs above basement car park. The project further offers 1 or 2 commercial spaces up to 200 m2 and in total 297 parking spaces (PS) including 64 PS as a compensation for the existing garage building.
